His responsibilities include gameplay and tool programming, code and world optimization, mediation between teams, and process planning. Before Climax Studios, he worked at Primal Game Studio, including on the development of Mandragora.

Zsombor Bencsik is a Unreal Engine audio enthusiast with a passion for high-quality sound design and technical implementation, exploring advanced systems that bring interactivity and immersion to life. He worked on Zero Caliber, a VR shooter where he focused on enhancing immersion and impact through unique audio solutions for VR. He contributed to multiple room-scale VR arcade games, each presenting its own challenges. He also worked on Gambit VR, a story-driven shooter with a strong emphasis on narration, music, and characters. Currently, he is working on an unannounced large-scale VR project, where he pushes VR sound and Unreal's native audio engine to its limits.

Csaba has been working in the games industry for over 25 years, starting his career as a co-founder of Clever’s, working on titles such as Screamer 4x4. He later moved to the UK, where he worked on engine and backend systems at Codemasters and Activision. In 2016, he founded Sponge Hammer, a fully remote co-dev studio specializing in supporting indie, AA and AAA projects. In addition to client work, he also leads his own IP development: Flatstone Grove has been released, while The Drifting Crown is currently in production.

He has over two decades of gaming experience in the market and is a believer in organic growth. He is currently overseeing the development of NeocoreGames' new, more ambitious and biggest game ever.

András has been working as a game designer for 8 years, starting his career in Gameloft's Budapest office in 2017. He then joined the team at Hutch Games in London, where he worked on the development of the mobile game F1 Clash. The world of mobile games has always been his focus, and he gained his experience and professional knowledge in this field. In 2024, he founded his own studio, Quest Lab, of which he currently works as the managing director. The company has several legs: it develops and publishes its own games, as well as creating commissioned projects for larger publishers.

Unreal Technical ArtistRóbert began making games as a hobby, mainly creating textures for mods, and in 2019 he discovered Unreal Engine through a project. He soon realized that technical art was his true passion and has focused on mastering it ever since. Today, his main expertise lies in shaders and VFX, though he has gained experience in several areas as a freelancer. He contributed to Oblivion Remastered under Virtuos Games, where he worked on UI animations, shaders, and optimization—and he continues to work there today.

Dominik went from being a passionate gamer to a modder, reverse engineer, and eventually a professional game developer. A hardcore PC gamer for three decades, he still spends a lot of time playing competitive titles and unique indie games. As a game engine developer, he has worked on PC ports of Japanese fighting games like Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2, implemented multiplayer systems, optimized game engines, and most recently contributed to the Cyberpunk 2077 port for Nintendo Switch 2. He’s interested in all aspects of game development, from technical implementation to design, and often works on hobby projects exploring different areas of the craft.

Péter, alias "Hero", has been working in the video game industry for about 23 years as a concept artist, art director and in other roles. During his career, he has worked at studios such as Clevers Games, Digital Reality, Storm Region and Neocore. His major works include 7th Age, King Arthur 2 and the Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing series. He is currently working on the game Fabular: Once Upon a Spacetime under the Spiritus Games banner as a world builder, concept artist, illustrator and art director.

A fine arts graduate from Dublin, Dániel has been working as a game designer and level designer for seven years and is currently part of the QuestLab team. He has been a member of the “One Game a Month” community from the beginning and has been one of its organizers since 2020, helping run monthly jam meetups and hosting interviews with indie developers.
